Sample Reports
At the end of the inspection, a written inspection report will be produced for you. The report will be easy to read and clear to understand. Pictures of the systems and components of the home and building inspected will be included. A summary of the defects observed during the inspection will also be provided.

Shawn King
My passion for home construction and woodworking began about 20 years ago. I've completed many home construction projects from simple maintenance items to an entire home renovation. I have also designed and constructed many pieces of cabinetry, furniture, and décor. I also graduated with honors from a construction trades program.
